According to the quarterly Digital River conference call transcript eSellerate was purchased for 25 million dollars.
“As Joel noted, late in the second quarter, we acquired MindVision, Inc., the parent company of eSellerate, a provider of outsourced e-commerce services for $25 million in cash. There is no earn out under the agreement. The acquisition contributed approximately $270,000 of revenue to the second quarter.
